Fileice help please

I didnt know where to post so i posted here its about fileice i have tried everything to get an app but nothing worked its an app for phone.I would
like to ask if someone could please download me the file and send it because always when i try to download i need to do a survey with paying money.Please help me.

Most survey are fake this might be to trust me dont download it
