Hello,can someone tell me a program who can click on my aegis abilities when i bot in 5-3 with openstealth? (sorry for my english) or a program who can press a key....don't matter. Thank you !

Just start with PBDO bot and do not worry about that anymore. As I know, there is no any program to do that with OS...
