It mean theres some kind maintenance happening so they turned off logging in for some/all people..

It could be because you failed with your hack/bot and game closed/you got kicked and then this message stays for few hours. Happened to me or there is just some maintenance going on..

it means you are kicked from server and its a temporary Ban on u, which mainly 2-4 hours long.
