[Help]problem with Navicat during i making a new connection(v5065)

Dear users,

-Hello everone , i got problem with Navicat when im trying to make a new connection it's failed to connect and say the messege problem .

-it is " 1045 - Access denied for user 'test'@'localhost' (using password: YES) "

-thats all , please if someone can fix it ,, just helping me and replay me :(

-ill be in wait guys,

yes im the TQ Binary user and password is test

end mysql-nt from task manager and go to yourbinaryfolder/Mysql/bin and open mysql-nt ... Open navicat .. (That way will work with user and pass test)

the messege is changeded but there is a new problem it is :-

2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
