for me personaly theres alwredy to many servers online.
But if u 2 guys tell me what means owning,maintaining,developing a server i will personaly help u bouth.

Look, you can ask for help in specific parts, but the rest of the info is already out there.
There are tutorials on this forum, which tell you exactly what to do.
Please find and read these, before you ask someone to "help you make a server" (Make it entirely).

And i do think there are already enough servers out there. I stopped playing Shaiya, but i wish you good luck with either owning a server or playing existing servers.
All i remember from having a server, is that it is a pain in the ass. Basically you are working on it almost every day.
