Error Running Launcher

I have installed Aion and have run the manual patch AION_Manaul_10.exe

When I try to run the launcher, I get the following error (see attached image).

Does anyone know what this says and/or how to fix it?

Make your PlayNCLauncher startparameter look like this (the target bar):

C:\ÓÀºãÖ®Ëþ\PlayNCLauncher.exe /GameID:PlayNCLauncher /StartGameID:AION /LUpdateAddr:nprotect.aion.sdo.com/locallist /BannerUrl:[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

C:\ is just my installation folder.. Important is the rest, after PlayNCLauncher.exe ..

Unfortunately, I made the change but the same error message pops up. Is there anything else I can have a look at?
