I think the costume isn't in your new item proto. Or it's wrong, not the same as the serverside item_proto.

there are different kostüme for boys and girls.

What i can do to solved this problem, i can get costume with GM command /i 40003 (exemple)

there are always two kinds of costume serverside. You should pick that one, which you can wear (sry for bad english :D )

I would work with the original item_proto from the Invoice Files.

ok, look. I think, you have a serverside problem. You try to wear a costume, which can only wear the other gender. Look in database, which costume is valid for your gender. And then i think, your problem would be solved. Otherwise, it's possible, that the costume is serverside only valid for female players, but clientside for male players.

Where i can see what gender it's for the costume?

It should be the antiflag value. But which value you have to fill in, sry, i don't know.
