[VSRO] Failed to get Silk data

Hey Guys,
when i log in and select the char and press start then i get DC and in the Gameserver this lines appear:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

i hope you can help me

Did you setup the IIS (Billing server) properly?
