At moment, official servers and p4story.
Otherwise Opora 4S has got the new cursor :P

I guess what you meant could be related to Tcd files.
We have increased the movement speed with 10% too. Let me give you a clue for this: forgot database edit, it's not in that.

I am testing our new fixes now, hopefully they will work.
