5700/5709 Registration Code/Page (PHP), Can anyone share it?

I would love to have it, please. I am designing a website for a CO server, but i'm not good at PHP yet, and to be honest i am learning right now. SO can anyone share your registration page/code for 5700 or 5709 please, I really need it let me have please. ALso if possible server status. Sorry. But thanks

I have 0 experience with PHP because i'm 3D Environment artist + graphic designer, and I downloaded 5375 register page and I somehow managed to make it work for 5700 so it shouldn't be that hard after all.

Download 5375 or 5518 or newer versions register page and try out tho.

A register page isn't a patch based, a register page is based on your table and need to be altered based on your needs.
