DO acc stoled :/ (??)

Hi guys!

Today someone stole my DO acc!

I'm sure they didn't know the pass (I've changed it 4 days ago, upper-case, lower case, special caracters, numbers and 13 caracters). I've received a password reminder to my email, and after that I couldn't log in to my acc. (in the gmail there was no login from unknown ip). Of course the pass-reset now doesn't sends me any emails...

I want to ask you guys, how could this happened? (I've already contacted supp, but there's no answer yet)

Is there any email hacks out or what?

Unfortunatelly I can't log in... probably someone has changed the email and the pass somehow. (the profile shows the same name)

probably had a rat or your email was hacked.

It started the same way with my acc also, that this person hacked my email, and stoled my acc. Support gave me the acc back, but no mather what i did with the usename, password and changing email, - This person have free access to my acc. And ofcourse bigpoint can't help me anymore...

If you have prooves that account was yours, and you have access to log in just contact me or Pesho and we will return your account back.

maybe it's some kind of SID bug? again?? :/

prooves? I have sent a couple of SMSs, I know the email (as it's mine) and the passes I used to use, but I can't acces the account. It says pass or name is not correct. The support said they can't do anything just bann it :/

You must to show them some payments with this account, and prooves that you create account and you loose it.
Also, they will give you some documents and you must send them to support+your identy card.

Also you must write all passwords and usernames used for this account.

I get back 2 accounts in this mode. You can't across any steps..

I can't proove the payments as all of them were from my old phone, but I can do everything else I think.
