rappelz chat error ?

so im playing on a private server and all the chat looks like this...

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

am i using the wrong sframe.exe or wrong files ? why does all the chat turn up like this ?

any help will be much appreciated

Could be wrong client, language launched under, wrong sframe, wrong resource files. (Which would happen if it was the wrong client anyway.)

If you are playing a private server you should try to use the files they provide.

They're probably just talking in arabc or russian, you have to change the locale to read it correctly.

To change the system locale, follow the directions on Microsoft's site here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

This does not change the language of the system. Try changing it to the appropriate language of the server (eg. to see Korean characters, change to Korean and reboot your computer) and report back to us!

Uhm, this actually hasn't anything to do with the problem.

To change the locale you just have to edit the parameters of your launcher. You'll find /locale: there. You have to change it to the right charset then.
