Motive:
The sole purpose of achieving moderator status is to manage the board mentioned in thread title. I intend to enforce rules, guide members & deal with improper actions. All of this is to keep the forum tidy and organized. Since the recent resignation of respectable "JohnHeatz", the forum is quite out of hand and the rate of unnecessary posts has gone up. I'd like to take this as a chance for me to show support for this forum and it's members by becoming a moderator.
Experiences:
-As a staff member
I have experience as a Global Moderator on a gaming community forum and Administrator on multiple servers for 3+ years. I have the ability to settle disputes and manage situations without letting it get out of hand.
-In-game
I've been a NFS World player for almost 2 years. I also got into the field of creating tools and hacks for this game. With support from my fellow mates like berkay2578, I'm pretty sure I would be able to create better ones in future.
-Technical skills
I believe I have a decent knowledge about Computers/Technology both in Software and Hardware.
I'm able to code in different languages. Mostly in C++ & VB.NET. I also do web designing and image/video editing.
Preparedness:
I like taking challenges so I could gladly say that I'm definitely prepared for taking up this job. I think that indulging into moderating activities would help me improve my communication and management skills further. That would benefit me in return.
