there is any problem with vista?

i want to open pserver of dekaron but i have vista.
there is any problem with it?
can i use SQL with it?

Why can you only install a ps server on windows xp? I have windows 7 , but I dont have a good enough pc to run a pserver on wmware. Can someone explain why only xp is compliable?

Its based on teh build of XP and if u dun have a supermega ultra pc then XP is teh best to run a p-serv vista and Win 7 relay takes much ram out

lol , I understand that the build is different. But how come you can install mostly all of the programs that are meant for xp on vista/windows 7 too?

on 7 exist the XP Mode, Programm will run in an vmware, but u cant not see there. I have 6 GB...too much, i know but i founded in my room. ^^ i think it ll be works in 7 but u need more RAM as in XP. But works SQL 2k in Vista/7 ?

it does but you have to do allot of crap to make it work
and the server does NOT run on win7
only XP / 2003 server

Why everybody says that XP uses only 3,5 GB ram? It is not true, XP only sees 3,5 but you can load more GB of ram and they will do there job only XP will not display them. And of course if you want to see more RAM so use Windows server 2003 if I'm not wrong it shows up to 16 GB ram
