Help with cheat engine

when i use cheat engine to change items stats i cant find its process in cheat engine's list i am using a working bybass
i used a unhide programme ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]) but it doesn't work
i get this message > [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
any suggestion ?
