Private Dekaron server

Hello.
I was wondering if anyone has a small dekaron pserver that he plays on alone or with hes friends where I could learn a bit about being an GM with a gm char.
I would make my own pserver but my pc isnt good enough, I think + Im running on windows 7 and im afraid that when I make a virtual machine on wmware it wont be good enough to run the server.
So anyone who could help me with this, pm me. Hamachi is ok.
Im located in Europe GMT +02:00.
Thank you.

+ request: thread close since it is very old and no need for it as the op decided to make his own.
