i have a warior 120 i want to blessed rb him.
is there a chance that my talismans will get -1 ???
i heard u need to be 130 to get -1 in talisman...is it true???

You dont need to be 130 to bless talis, So long u got notting else on or its blessed, you will gain a 100 pct chance to get the bless.

my point is it allows 50-50 weir to go bless but you can make the 50-50 go 30-70 or 0.01-99.9 u need 99.9 items bless on u
