In order to publish it, you would need a Web server. You could always set up one on your PC, but ISPs usually prohibit it, and it's advised not to. The best choice would be going with a web host that allows connections to external servers (for the MSSQL database to work). You can google for "cPanel hosting" (cPanel is an easy-to-use management interface). Before ordering a plan though, make sure external connections to MSSQL servers are allowed.
Unless you know how to portforward on your Router, that will not work. If you do not know how to port forward, you will have to go with a dedicated server or Virtusl private server (VPS) to host both your server, your website, and anything else you want.
Kind Regards,
acoo.

Why did you go to cPanel? Did you decide to make a server on your PC?
If you did, you don't need cPanel. Get and install [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], or [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. You'll have to portforward the port 80, used by Apache (the actual webserver). Depending on the default configuration, you may also have to edit Apache's configuration file to accept connections outside localhost.

I have the server in my pc about 2 weeks. So i will have to download WAMP and to change the portforward of my router? this maybe depend on my internet Speed?
