Private server help

Well, i want to start creating one. I am not some nub who will give up at the end. I am 110pct sure i will succed. I need some help tho. I dont really know much. If any1 can help me out where to start first would be helpfull.

it would probably be a good idea to start in the pserver section ^^([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]) and maybe have a look at CoEmuV2

Connecting a client.exe and hosting the server is another story because from what i hear
