Why Acces is denied ?

I have vista

and some User contorl i dont have anti virus on pc why that block ?

I don't know what you're talking about but try second clicking on the target and choose "Run as administrator"...

If you said you have some user control meaning you don't have administrator privilages? If your "run as... administrator" your going to have to type password so go add your pops :P

have you tried using as admin?
