You have 0.9 value at 2nd collumn, 26 row. It must be integer value.
Dont know which file, maybe monster.csv maybe in map monster spawn file. Check your edited files.
And:
*Dont make screen, post error by keyboard, so people can find it search. Post screen as additional info.
*Error is in completely human language, which is easy understand whats wrong.

I think your monster.csv got extra columns.. check it
