I went and got a temp credit card and loaded 15 whole dollars on it. I bought 1 million AD just to see if they are legit or not. payment went through at 11:58 AM and I will update when (or if) I ever see any diamonds.

Got an email from lfdps.com at 2:47pm stating they could not reach me at my home phone number of (911) 555-1234! (I better contact the phone company, LOL) and I had to go back and connect to their live chat server and they ultimately said they wouldn't do the deal until I answered the phone and verified the order. So I gave them a number that is soon to be disconnected and got a phone call right away. She didn't speak English well, AT ALL. Basically they want your characters name.
They called back at 4:15 pm and said they couldn't find my auction etc, etc, after another hour of me posting new auctions while still being on the Live Chat with seller, the deal finally went through. She seemed very patient and willing to take as much time as needed to broker the deal.
Not a bad experience at all and I did indeed get the diamonds!
