Mabongi Questions

06/10/2009 21:59 C:/Pleasure/CamSex#1
Hi,
I just started playing Mabongi thnx to dark racons guide with aol.

Now Im new here and pretty weak and got some questions:

Are there more dungeons than just albey dungeon?
How can I first-hit the treasures?
How can I kill the golden Spider?
When I repair my weapon, it always breaks. Is there a way to get 100% success repair?
How can I higher my weapons maximum durability?

Thnx. =)

Lovely,
CS

1. there are alot more, from easy to hard. alby -> ciar -> rabbie -> barri -> math -> rundal -> coill -> albey -> peaca (ranked by my experience in them. @darkraccoon: edit me if im wrong)

2. there is a mod that makes mimics targetable in their unopened state. else it just takes luck/fast clicking

3. erm...golden spider? never seen that one sorry :(

4.ferghus is a bad repairer, but cheap. if you want a higher success rate equip the "the lucky guy/girl" title (it gives a ~5% higher chance of success) you can obtain this title by getting a huge lucky finish.

5. some weapons have durability upgrades, some don't. for example the gathering axe. if you use it enough to get a proficienty of 30, ferghus has an upgrade for it that costs 250 gold. this upgrade gives +10 max durability

i hope that gives you enough information :D

love,

2. Mind giving me the download-link? ;)

3. I have a quest where I have to get a ring, there is that spider. My attacks dont effect it.

4. How can I make a huge lucky finish?

5. What is proficienty? where can I get it?

1. spread all around the world of mabinogi, it's best to look up a map for them with google

2. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] it's in this pack, all the mods you need in a nifty .exe

3. oh you mean the giant spider ;) equip eiry (your beginner sword), use smash on it. after the smash load defence (if you already have it), when it hits you in defence it'll be stunned for a while. use that time to attack it and load defence again after your last (knockback) hit. repeat till its dead

edit: when it loads defence (it'll start walking slowly with a skill box above its head) use a smash on it.

4. get lucky XD it happens sometimes when you kill a monster.
there are:
lucky hit - smallest one, gold it drops ~x1.5
big lucky - medium, gold it drops ~x2.0
huge lucky - biggest, gold it drops x5.0~10.0

5. if you look at your weapon (exept for eiry, she has no proficiency) you see a small list, attack damage (min~max), durability (current/max) proficiency (proficiency number (%to next number))
you get proficiency by using the weapon in combat.

It depends on the player. ^^

For me, Alby, Ciar, Barri, Math, Rabbie, Rundal, Coill, and Fiodh are a piece of cake.

It depends on your style, your strategy, your "resources" (Pets, Pots, ...), and your Level.
