SJSRO Ofline?

hi i was woundering if SJSRO was offline as when i run it it says it is

It is either server inspection or you need to reset your internet happens to me.

Even though the launcher says it's offline, it's not. It shows in the launcher that SJSRO is offline for me, but i juts hit start and then login.
