Guestion about ppl gotten hacked in darkorbit.

Well, how many ppl has got help by support when somebody sold items etc..? heard about ppl getting help when items are sold. even if its botted or not. I would like if ppl answer :)

really well then i must get to send some mails because so far the support did little more then one of the callcenter help lines in your country while its taken by some chines indian cheap worker who only talk a lot of bullshit but in the end you still have nothing.

My noob acc got hacked and support just said ''its not our fault'' Support sucks =/

they were talking to me little same and talking about the email verification , but yea.. login in account and selling all dont need email verification..

I heard they can give you items, xp, honour, etc
And people with popped drone lvl 16 got them back

I lost my gb2 account recently, sent support bank details, recent payments, offered ID of who im in context with the bank details, same old reply 'Nothing we can do'.

Well im trying all. just ALL . will spam support so hard if they dont answer. no money atm to get back.

That thing I dont know... Try asking experienced players here, someone like jorg, kamieniarz, elsastylez, dwarf, bulgarian, etc :)

accounts are normally stolen or deleted through un-authorized access to the ACP. nothing can be done.

TGC get alot of chance to get their account back support is a shitty one i heard about russian support but didnot tried it once the think u can do is Either get lucky with TGC member or go to police and fill a report and ur account is back^^

NO, police rly cant help, i live in finland, and all crimes connected to other countries ( hacked things.. etc.. ) , our police just cant work it out.. i would like to get connection to TGC. i used money and time, still no eguipment back, BECAUSE, bigpoint is shit and dont care about users after they get the money. just true.
