[Q] Changing Client IP

Hello.
I have problem with changing IP in Client...
I know there is a Nostale-Local.exe file somewhere, it works but it's (I think) for English / German game and i get "zts****d" instead of map / npc names.
If someone can help me, please tell me how to do this.

I tried, but just nothing happens when I press "login" (I changed the IP to 127.0.0.1 and lenght offset).

Really you thought I don't read this already?
Nothing happens when I click "Login"...

When I launch NosTale by "Nostale-LOCAL.exe" from old skrillex files I can login, but I just see "ztsXXX" instead of npc's names. What can I do to see those. I'm using Polish version of NosTale.

You have to use DE or you changed Port in the configs?
