i wanna make rank 12 without story quests,any posible?
i just wanna do growth up without do thats borig quests,or how can i make that quests easyer and much fast

No, there is no way to bypass the quests.

it has a BSLV rank up quests bug form 11 to 18 but i want to know it ,too

there is 1... im currently using it bt its an old version so it cant be used on new servers.
