question about guild-banks

guys, how do guild-banks work? when i do get invited to a new guild, and i represent them - can i immediately withdraw items/gold from the guild-bank/vault when my memberstatus is set to have withdraw rights or do i have to wait some kind of timer out? i have heard about a 72h delay untill you can actually withdraw stuff from a bank but i wasnt able to find any information on google...

im ofc not wanting to steal something from another guild.. its just a question about the mechanics of guild-bank system

As far as I know, you can withdraw/deposit as soon as you get the rights.

Yeah like Dacyon said there is no special delay or something. If a high ranked member gives you the rights to withdraw/deposit you can immediately do so! :)
