.. its not that hard, use your brain
first of all install beast, then u open your world folder with beast and the .wld file next u move around the map with the hand symbol and turn around with the rotation view (w) on the top of beast there are the coordinates x, y and z.. dont know what u need but that should be it. do the rest on your own

There are the coordinates of your mouse.
You can also type /position ingame, that shows you your current coordinates.
