Anyone knows a good private server with high fortification rates?
I dont care about the exp rate.

idk but if you are looking for old school 2moons server like acclaim times look for 2moons xterium its new tomorrow server is online I think

Well on zandekaron you need to pay for a good set with real Cash. That suxx ;)

Dekaron Rising is the only private server that has working functions that are A9 and A9+, like the new skillbar, transup that isn't a costume, mavaric system, sleeps, aloken buffs, invsibility and totems, party pvp, new stat system, working bosses, etc.

Fortification rates are a bit challenging but not too bad, better than Global :).

Player count is also really high compared. There's an xtremetop list but I suggest you download the servers and see for yourself which is the best/most populated because many servers just autovote on xtremetop.
