If you are a 32 Bit User your specialforce.exe location must be in this Location:
C:\Program Files\DFIGames\Dragonfly\Special Force PH\specialforce.exe
And this is for 64 Bit User Location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\DFIGames\Dragonfly\Special Force PH\specialforce.exe
5. Now Click "Next" again and Start the Installation
AND NOW YOUR DONE !!
