Anyone Know how To Activate a SpeedBug?

Yo. I'm trying to become the #1 racer in the U.S.

So, how do I activate a speedbug?
I know how to by staying online for 8 hours,
but is there anything shorter? Like an hour or so?

This is for Need For Speed World btw

Cheat/Hack requests aren't allowed, and there isn't a "speed bug"
