ineed help in Hyperion server

i have a problem with the luncher i tried to download the client again ,remove the net frame work and install it again :mad: :mad: :mad:

but nothing happened
what i can do ?
should i get luncher.bat ?
the problem is :(unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application)

I'm pretty sure the problem is sitting in front of the computer but i'm not from hyperion so i can't help you.
