Combined deadly prayer stone ?

Hey guys , i'm just coming back in the game and i have a question
Does the combined deadly prayer stone are really boosting the critical damage or it's just critical hit chance ?
And if it's damage , does it up your critical damage of 20% when you hit or just give you 20% more in critical damage in your char information ?

It work exactly the same as the critical hit prayer stone.
