need help for directx

Hi. I have some problem with ECSRO and directx 9b. i cant do that thing with capability because there are't xp sp2 [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] i have been try directx 9, 9b and 9c but nothing. What i need do? Error pic [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Try running the program as an Administrator.
If not, try to find a download online for Windows XP Service Pack 2 (Not 3) and run it with that instead of Windows 2000 if you can.
