yes but the chanze is verry low. I got a semi +1 and subs +8. i spent all my pen in random shop...

no. theres no way :/ sry
but if u want fast PEN.. u can buy "PEN +100% or 50%"
or use some coins.. (btw: u can enchant pets with a chanze 2 get a coin or some pen)

the chance is diffrent, got 8 perms in about 100k, and on other acc 150k 0 perm
