it's a databse error, try to create a new account if not work , say what u changend in databaseserver and or database

when i create a new account i can go to world and when i try to relogin i stuck on select server.

fix your dbmanagersave.cpp
-> saveoneitem the %d,%d etc. you have to much / to less
