Is it possible to Hack permanent items?

Yes and no. You could use Fake Shop. Then there also are items in the shop for 0 pen, but you can't buy them.

It's Possible. You can use Cheat Engine with a Bypass and f.e. change the "Buy for 5 Hours" Address to "Buy Permanent" Address. This Address exists. But neither I know it, nor anyone will tell you.

Oh, and if you do so, you'll probably get banned in about 30 minutes.
