Need some suggestions for Private Servers

I've been playing sro for a while now... Played on a few servers, been GM on 3~4 and everytime a server closes I feel like all that time was a waste...

So I'd ask anyone if there good server (english speaking) that has a really high alchemy rate or a good alchemy rate that is balanced for everyone... basicly a server that allows you to have some enjoyable PVE and still have a good balanced PVP without OP people with +27 and stuff...

if u'r server crash, in gamerserver, maybe u have duble slotindex in refshopgoods? .. check it.
