i download the ibot but it dont lunch for some reason my other PC lunches it what can be the problem blocking it?

I think that you have a problem with some .exe ;)
Try to download TuneUp utilities 2013 and to fix yur bug, I had this problem a long time ago, and now it works ;)

lol yes i do have java and its fix it was something i done before with my setting
