Gold you can, but not silk.
Gold can be dropped like any other item, ITEM_ETC_GOLD_01 ITEM_ETC_GOLD_02 ITEM_ETC_GOLD_03, you could also change amount of gold drop for this items, but idk how this will affect drop from mobs, so just open database and add manually Gold to your character, after in game just use /resetq this will reload your character without client restart/logout.
