[TUT]Elsword NA IP Block Bypass

This tutorial was made for the players who are restricted to play Elsword NA


Tools Needed:
*Proxifier
*vidalia bundle ( bridge bundle recommended)
*Elsword NA
*brain / common sense

Install elsword first.

Procedure:
1.Run proxifier.Go to profile and select proxy server. Click Add...
Set your proxy like this
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]


2. Add Proxification rules. Go to profile and select proxification rules. Click add and click browse... browse for the x2.exe in the elsword installation folder
Set it like this

Note: make sure the default rule is in "direct"

3. Run vidalia copy this settings

4. Restart Vidalia..

5. Run elsword. You should be able to play now.
Note: If you can't login. go to the vidalia status bar icon. the right click. select use a new identity

this is a great help however, it would be better if you delete it and only share with ppl you trust, there's another forum (gk) plagued with GMs passing for leechers who are waiting for this kind of info to get it patched, it'll be very difficult since it's a proxy server, but still, a little more discretion can help us to avoid getting it patched

Sir i don't think this will be patched because we are using vidalia+tor which makes up for our annonimity. Besides, i'm using this method for 5 years for all NA server games and many people know this method

well i did all these settings but elsword didnt appear for me after i run it

ich weiß garnet was ihr alles habt mit IP block usw... ich hab weder proxy noch sonst was an ich bin einfach auf die NA elsword seite gegang hab mich dort registriert elsword NA geladen eingeloggt und gespielt sogar jetz noch...

Kann auch ohne probleme NA spielen da ich nicht in der EU bin wahrscheinlich^^

How do you know the code? Is there a way to find out the address by launching the game?

I don't think "checkrom.xml" is needed to bypass IP Block of Elsword NA

you both are talking about different things, Wei is talking about a bypass to allow mods, and Art is talking about an IP bypass for the recent IP lag-purge KoG performed, where they banned IPs from several countries
