this is maybe late reply , but a simple way there is non .. you need to do it on your hand !!

there is a program that will make it less hard to do it, because you cant use space in it, i will give you a little help, i will give you a program that will make auto the ~ instead of "space" and i will give you a guide of all database numbers (this is for EO database)
