[Problem] Darkorbit Account

hello, can someone help me with a problem.
i have an account on global europe 4, and i forgot the password from the account and the email that i put on it. i can only access trough bigpoint.com portal
i haven`t played on it few months, because i`ve played on global europe 7, but i sold the account on GE7 and now i started to play again on GE4.
i spoke with support, they said that they can`t help me. :(
if there is someone who can help me, i`ll appreciate.
all i want is to change my email address.

Hello, Take the following steps, Write on email ticket to Bigpoint supporter (Not through darkorbit login) preferably Russian if you can do a translate, or if you speak Russian. If your bigpoint portal is the same email as your darkorbit then include this in the email, Add your UID, very first username, Very first email and current, some transaction IDs (Payments) They may ask for statements, Your full details (Name, address, Telephone, County) If possible a police report, Identifying proof of ownership, It's better if the email is gone to inactive mode, Because then it's better to show that you have lost the email. So again
1 - UID
2 - First user name (Created Name)
3 - First email
4 - Your Personal Details
5 - Some Payments
6 - Police Reported ( If requested )
To prevent anything like this happening to you in the future, Better to create 2 G-mail accounts, Then link 1 to other, Then you have 2 email address for total security of not loss, And also always have your bigpoint portal to a different email address to darkorbit account.

i`ve tried, they said that can`t help me with email. all i can do is to recover my email password from the provider(hotmail). the thing is i can`t recover it because the phone number that i have it there i don`t have it anymore, since last year. :(

If u wanna see your email go to your bigpoint portal,enter on your account go to "change data" or how is called and there it says your email...

it's not the same email. i know the email on DO account but i don't know the password. i can only access the the only trough bigpoint.com portal :confused:

Then you aren't able to do anything. You may search into your saved passwords.

i`ve reinstalled the windows since last time i log on on GE4 account. i`m sorry that i didn`t use chrome, that browser saves all data on the server, even if i reinstall the windows. saves all data to my account. :(
i was not inspired back then.
i thougt there we`ll be somehow i can change it. but is seems it isn`t. :(

Support is your only hope, Or you could maybe have a guy who will help you in email bug, (or if you have a friend in the support team) Be sure first its trusted member, and don't give them your bigpoint login, They should only need your UID,
