WTF is this party bug? Cant get in party with anyone anywhere. Is this just limited?

i have that bug too when ur in pt whit some1 that some1 rlg or leave u are still in pt and if some1 try to pt u he will get that msg that ur still in pt but u dont see that u just need to rlg

i have this bug too, when someone in pt go on relog, he is still "in party with him",

I had this happen only when the person leaves the party by "select character" or exits the game. the person left in the party cannot be invited but you can then invite other people...

Well, i just encoutered this fews days ago, when going farm charsima in BG with my 68 shrine toon.
And i kinda liked it. In fact, you can't party anymore with the other guy because it say he is already in party, but him, can invite you again. The strangest thing is that then, this guy have no party UI displayed (at least for me), so he invite you, you confirm, and then nothing happend for him, no confirmation, no party option changes, no party member display.
The good part was that i was getting even less xp on lvl 70 mobs from scion side than when i was in level share setting.
With no party and no xp boost item= 66k xp per mob.
lvl share= 38k xp per mob (in party range), 32k xp per mob (far away from party member)
party bug= 21k xp per mob
(note: if the party member that have nothing displayed come close, he also get 21k xp for every mob i killed)
Kinda cool cause i had auto loot without pet, and i could farm my whole 120 k cha needed for my shrine boots, without need of scuicde to lose xp as we can't loose xp on death right now.
I am pretty sure we can find some glitch, like powerlvling or something, using this bug.

Make pty in Bg with low lvl and high lvl. Kill a Bg Boss with high lvl and get the boss buff. Leave the pty and you will not lost the buff on low lvl, little + buff for hero and cha farming. Im farming cha with lvl 18 knight on lvl 30 elf spot for. no xp only 50+ k cha / day with makro
