Can I make Perfect World Private Server in Windows Vista Home?
because some of forums read that u need Linux for it....
So what OS system I need?

Why would you bother? That just wastes resources, but yes, you can create a server under that os, because there sever just emulates some os i can't remember the name of, starts with F i think...
...Why not just dual boot when you wanna use the server, or is the client on the same PC as the server?
