Server to test something?

Hello,
I wanted to test something regarding the client, and realized that ALL servers are down! I tried to set up one on my PC to test what I wanted but I can't get it to work. Is there any server I could use to test what I want? I wouldn't mind Hamachi at all, I just need to test something.
