does this mean am banned

i tried to log in but it just redricts me to login page, and i get this URL

does this mean am banned? the mod kept banning me on chat because i used another account to talk while i was chat banned on main account.

Bigpoint do not have the right for blocking accounts through the use of multiple accounts using, unless it is for benefit of an account, For EG pushing, and etc. As long as you were not logged into both accounts at the same time, They can make nothing on you. If in the case they did block you, I recommend writing to no other language BUT russian support.

he try to pass the chat ban. so its bring benefit to the account so that it can chat

No,that`s not forbidden. If more than one person is using the same account,then it is forbidden.

i got banned just because i say everyone use bot in chat.

We are talking about permanent ban for account(you can`t log in to some server),not chat bans. :facepalm:

was logged in both accounts, but wasnt giving no benefit to main, why contact russian support?

i got that error when i`m login and wait to much in server list or connect much times consecutive

xd, well i let my team down, supposed to do hades gate at 3 pm server time, i cannot anymore cause of this stupid ban. karma is a b****

Just write to support and wait 4 some answer. If you log in with 2 pc from the same pc might be considerate as pushing (i know you don't get benefit but if you find a d*** head mod he can do that).

you will get IP banned if you made more than 3 accounts after continously getting banned to keep talking on chat bad stuff. it happend to me. and they ban all the accounts on your ip for 7 days. message support and ask them why your acc was banned and how long
