Already 5 rankeds played (4wins / 1lose) So it isnt hard for you to get a good rating with it.
Server is EUW
There are 1112 normal wins on it, 75Champs (check screenshot) and 10 rune sites with nearly all runes you need.
Also there are 6443 IP on it so you can buy one more champion of your choice.
