Help!!!!

Hy all!!! I play on a server...and i want to know if it is possible to create another client....to find the ip of the original server where i play and to connect to that server thru my new "clone"-client...and most important....if i can use some gm commands in my new client when i'm connected to that server...
If that is possible how can i do that?:D someone can explain me or give me a little tutorial or a giude to do that :D .....

P.S. Is a private server not official one

You can build your one client an than you can connect with this on a server. But you don´t can make that you have rights like a GM. You can add mods to your client like attackspeed or movespeed. But GM right with a client are not possible.
